* Covid 19 update *

Please note that we are currently only posting once a week using our business account which means we do not have to queue at a Post Office. Parcels may also be delayed in transit as Royal Mail are unindated with letters/parcels. We will still continue to send tracked which means parcels will not need to be signed for but will be secure. ALL parcels will be sent second class to prolong the time before they are opened. 

Please kindly allow for a delay.

There is only one family member handling parcels at this time using gloves and new packaging. Our recycled packaging return scheme is not operating until further notice.

Returns are not being opened for two days to reduce risk. The return address is our home address and we have a high risk family member. Please kindly allow a little longer for returns to be processed. Returned items will not be returned to the shelves/resold whilst the pandemic is active.

The shop products are being reduced to only include 'useful' items including nappies, wipes, childrens clothing, household products such as toothbrushes. We will be adding other stock again at a later date.

Our shop in Ilminster is closed for the foreseeable future but we are remaining open online at the moment according to Government guidelines.

This update can be amended at no notice. Please ensure you check back regularly.

 

 

 

How much is delivery?

We charge a flat rate of £1.95 on all orders under £25, you can upgrade to first class at a charge of £2.95. 

Collection is FREE from our shop in Ilminster. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

 

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We dship to Ireland, postage is slightly extra. Postage times are slightly longer than within the UK. W do not ship as standard outside of the UK and Ireland to reduce our carbon footprint, however, we are happy to arrange one-off orders - please get in touch for a quote.

 

What is the dispatch time?

Natural Baby Accessories is a small family business, We aim to have parcels sent by the third working day. In times of sales, special offers, school holidays this can be extended to 5 working days.

 

I havent received a confirmation email

Please check your spam folder. These are automated so are always sent out. Please get in touch if you think you have provided an incorrect email address or are concerned you have not received one.

 

Will I receive a dispatch email?

Yes. All orders from 20/02/20 will receive a dispatch email. This is not automated so you can be sure that once you have received this, your order is on it's way to you.

 

Do you have a customer service team?

As above, we are a small family business, we do not employ anyone so please do bear with us for replies if you need to get in touch. We aim to respond as soon as possible but it may take 2-3 working days.

 

Do you ever close?

We shut for Christmas and a week over the Summer. Notices will be made in advance.

 

How can I get in touch?

You can pop an email to customerservices@naturalbabyaccessories.co.uk we do not have a seperate telephone number as we work from home.

We also have social media platforms: Facebook natter group Instagram where you can get in touch. These are manned almost daily.

 

Do you offer any discount for playgroups/schools?

We may be able to - please get in touch with your requirements.

 

What is the deal with european sizing?

Some of our lovely clothing comes from Scandinavia and they use European sizing. Scandi clothing is based on height so please measure your child for the best fit.

As a guide:

50/56 fits 50-62cm (smallest baby size)

62/68 fits 62-74cm

74/80 fits 74-86cm

86/92 fits 86-98cm

98/104 fits 98-110cm

110/116 fits 110-122cm

122/128 fits 122-134cm

134/140 fits 134-146cm (largest size we offer in childrens clothing. This may fit a small adult).

 

Do you have a bricks and mortar shop?

Yes! We are inside the old Dyers building, Ilminster, Somerset Ta19 0dh. Opening hours are Mon to Sat 10-4 and Thurs 10-1. Not all items on the website will be available in the shop and not all items in the shop will be available on the website.

 

Do you purchase preloved clothing to sell?

We only sell our own childrens outgrown clothing, sorry!
