* Covid 19 update *

Please note that we are currently only posting twice a week using our business account which means we do not have to queue at a Post Office. Parcels may also be delayed in transit as Royal Mail are unindated with letters/parcels. We will still continue to send tracked which means parcels will not need to be signed for but will be secure. ALL parcels will be sent second class to prolong the time before they are opened. First class postage option has been removed from the webshop temporarily. Please kindly allow for a delay.

Release dates will however attract FREE first class postage within the UK. Our next release will be Maxomorra part 1 classic collection SS20 on 24th June 2020.


There is only one family member handling parcels at this time using gloves and new packaging. Our recycled packaging return scheme is not operating until further notice.

Returns are not being opened for four days to reduce risk. The return address is our home address and we have a high risk family member. Please kindly allow a little longer for returns to be processed. Returned items will not be returned to the shelves/resold whilst the pandemic is active.

The shop products are being reduced to only include 'useful' items including nappies, wipes, childrens clothing, household products such as toothbrushes. We will be adding other stock again at a later date.


This update can be amended at no notice. Please ensure you check back regularly.


Our shop inside the Ilminster Emporium is now re-open. Find us in the beautiful old Dyers building opposite the church in Ilminster, Somerset.

Our opening times are 10-4 Mon to Sat, 10-1 on Thurs.

A confirmation email will be sent out on receipt of your order. Please kindly ensure you provide your correct email address and check your spam folder. This document is your receipt along with your Paypal proof of purchase. The order confirmation email contains your order number and will confirm the products that you have purchased and the cost. If you do not receive an email, please contact us through our contact form or email customerservices@naturalbabyaccessories.co.uk and we will be more than happy to forward it to you.

Postage and packaging within the UK is charged at a contribution of just £1.95. Orders over £25 are subject to free second class postage. We are now offering a first class option at £2.95 on standard sized orders. Delivery to Ireland is £3.95. Please select the correct country. 

We no longer ship outside of the UK and Ireland to reduce our carbon footprint. We can however accommodate one-off orders within Europe, please contact us to arrange. Payment will always be via Paypal.

We aim to have your order complete and posted within 3 working days. Please bear in mind that we are a small family business and orders may take slightly longer to post during busiers times such as launches and sales. Please allow upto 5 working days in this instance for dispatch.

If for any reason your mail does not arrive safely to you, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. A claim cannot be made by us with Royal Mail until 15 working days after posting. We use a tracked service and if the tracking states received by the address provided, we will not be able to make a claim on your behalf.

Please note that whilst we can accept a different delivery address to that on your Paypal account at the time of placing your order, if the delivery gets lost in transit, Natural Baby Accessories will not be liable. A refund will only be offered if the parcel has been sent to the Paypal address. Requesting a different delivery address is at your own risk.

Local collection is available from Ilminster Emporium, SIlver Street, Ilminster TA19 0DH for most items. Please select 'collection' at the checkout to use this facility. You will be contacted when your parcel is ready to collect, you will need to be available to collect within 3 working days. If we have not received any communication from you, we will refund minus a 10% restocking fee. If you have any difficulty collecting, we can happily extend this. 

We have now added space for a telephone number. Please do provide this in case we need to get in touch regarding your delivery. This may be given to a courier who will treat it securely under their own privacy guidelines. It will not be passed to any other third party.



We do offer discounts to our loyal customers on occasion.

Codes are only redeemable once and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Sign up to the Natural Baby Accessories newsletter on the home page to be sent the most up to date codes.

Please note that discount codes are not to be used on anything by Sawdust and Rainbows, gift cards or any current season branded clothing, Please get in touch if you need any guidance.

Any code used against these items will result in the order cancelled. This is very strict and there will be no exceptions.

Free gifts are subject to availability and can be substituted for an item of similar or higher RRP.


Right to cancel/returns

You have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first if you need to arrange for the return of your order via email customerservices@naturalbabyaccessories.co.uk Please ensure that the product is in an unworn, unused and re-saleable condition. Any free gifts/products part of a multi-buy offer must also be returned.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of nappies, sanitary pads, breast pads, underwear including socks and tights or teething jewellery.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for the secure return postage cost. Please choose a signed for option. We will not contact you if a return does not arrive back at HQ. Please note it is your responsibily to track your return, 

You will be refunded the cost of your products within 48 hours of receipt and original outward postage. Unreturned free gifts will be deducted at the current price.

We have the right to cancel your order at any time until despatch without a reason being provided. A full refund will be made to you in this instance. 

Please note that we also have a bricks and mortar shop so occassionally an item may fall out of stock before the webshop is updated. In this instance, an email will be sent and any refund due.


Return of mailing bags

You can now return your biodegradable mailing bag to earn store credit!

Bags must be originally from us, unfortunately we cannot accept mailing bags from elsewhere. Bags must be reuseable - we know you love to rip open your parcels, but try and cut the top!

Bags must be in multiples of 10. You will be reimbursed 79p for return postage - please use one of the bags as the outer to contain the others. Send second class and include your name and email address on the inside.

Credit is £2 per 10 bags in the form of a discount code which will be emailed to you. You are welcome to 'collect' credit. Please get in touch if you would like to do this.


Payment plans

We appreciate that starting your journey with more sustainable products can be a more costly than disposable/unethical clothing, so after consideration we have decided to bring back our payment plans for full price items!

- At the checkout, please enter the code PLAN. This will deduct 80% off of the total, leaving you with 20% to pay as your deposit.

Please note this service is only available in the UK and Ireland. 

- You will be invoiced via Paypal within 3 working days for the remaining amount and you will have a 14 day cooling off period where you can cancel your order and receive your deposit back. After the 14 days, you will lose your deposit unpon cancellation as admin will have been undertaken and your products could have been sold.

- You will have a maximum of 60 days to pay for your order. Failure to pay within 60 days will mean your order is cancelled and deposit lost. You can pay as little or as much a you wish at a time - all via your invoice..

- Your order will be posted once it has been paid for.

- No further discounts will be made once your order has been placed. If your products have gone into a sale, you will still pay the amount due at the time of ordering.

- Orders cannot be added to, but further orders can be placed on the same terms.

- These terms are binding.

Personal contact details provided are secure and will not be passed onto any third party in the exception of providing a courier with your telephone number. Your details will be treated securely under their own privacy guidelines.

Payment details are handled by Paypal, they are not supplied at any point to Natural Baby Accessories.
